Reduce Your Hair Loss

 I'm going to give you some tips here, so that you can reduce your hair fall. Well, at the present time we all are so busy, our diet is not good and we all have got some stupid habits of smoking or drinking. Apart from this we all have got lots of stress and we are frustrated. This all makes the things go worst. So at first, I'd request you all if you want to prevent your hair from falling, stop smoking and drinking and if you cant stop just keep reducing the quantity. By the way, it's not only about hair fall but the addiction of those things are really bad for any of the living things. That's enough of suggestion about personal life.
                                                                                                                                           

 Now let me tell you what you need to do if you want to reduce the hair fall. You don't need a doctor doing these things and this really helps.



Here you go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

* Take proper sleep.

* have as much water as you can and this is so vital.

* when you get up in the morning, go to washroom after that you need to put your legs up and head down and hang for 5 mins. You can take the help of the wall. This will help the blood circulate properly from foot to head. Normally blood doesn't reach the head properly so this thing is required.

* Have soya  in food ( in the form of  flour,veg or seeds) the best form is seeds. Take half full fist of  soya seeds and put it into some water and leave it for 5 or 6 hours and when its chew-able eat those. And please don't mix anything just to make it tasty.

* have green tea. Have it regularly thrice and if can't have it at least twice a day. It will help you hair grow longer and will reduce hair fall.

* Have dates. There are some different kinds of dates ex: dry, wet etc.. Have any of those at least four pieces a day.

* Apply shampoo every alternate day just to keep your head clean because the more dust u have in your hair the more you are gonna lose it. Get Ayurvedic shampoo or medicated one. 'Coz some shampoo are really worst for hair.   

* Don't comb your hair when it's wet and don't rub it hardly with towel.

* Take some fenugreek seeds(methi) and put it into a cup of water and leave for 5 to 6 hrs and then have just water and u can throw fenugreek seeds. And have it everyday in the morning.

* Don't apply hair oil. This is the best thing if you don't apply, but even if you wanna apply you can apply just once a week. But apply at night and wash in the morning 'coz if you go out dust will stick to your head because of oil. I will suggest just use conditioner after shampoo and after an hour wash your head.

* Have curd. It's very useful not just for hair but it's good for skin and it improves the sperm quality as well.

* Have gooseberry juice/syrup 'coz it's repository of  vitamin C. It's just not good for your hair but for your eyes as well..

**** Don't take much medicines just take care of your hair and health!!!!!!


            And friends try to accept the truth. Hair fall is the problem of lots of people and it's genetic. You can reduce the hair fall but can never stop it. There is no treatment in this world what can help you to get the lost hair on your bald head except transplantation. So if you are spending in the hope of that, You are just making a mistake or playing ducks and drakes with your money.
